Kaleidokids realizes THE key for us to make a significant impact on children’s lives is dependent on building a strong team of experienced and passionate caregivers/educators.

Our goal is to hire the most qualified teachers, with both education related to early childhood education AND experience in an early education environment.

That said, while having the education and experience is very important, demonstrating the passion and dedication needed to care for and educate young children is just as important. For this reason, we pay special attention to this during the interview process and while observing the teacher in the classroom as part of their orientation.

Also, it should be noted that, on average, turnover in the childcare profession is over 35%. At Kaleidokids our turnover rate is much lower (~26%) and that’s because we work hard to create a space where teachers feel respected and appreciated, as well as offer our team above average pay and benefits.

At Kaleido*Kids we do everything we can to ensure our teachers meet the high standards that are required to care for your children and that they stay here as long as possible for continuity of care.

 The Environment

Kaleido*Kids took a new approach to the look and feel of the early childhood learning environment. Our school was designed to elicit a home-like feel as soon as you enter our front door, with calming colors, plants & flowers, plenty of sunlight and natural furniture & materials.

We provide students with a safe outdoor playspace right behind our building, featuring a sand table, slide, teeter-totter, bicycles for the older kids, push & riding toys for younger children, as well as a water space with sprinkler, water sensory table and overhead mister for keeping kids cool in the summer heat.
